Aquaculture Institute under supervision of prof. Salah Meslahy dean of Institute organized Seminar on homeland and citizenship lectured by Prof. Dr. Ahmad Husni Sapphire lecturer Department of Political Science and the aim of this seminar is to spread the spirit of belonging to the homeland and discussed  the relationship of the citizen in his homeland is not a piece of land or an area geographically, but is a set of emotions and feelings and emotions and feelings toward this earth and experienced by the citizen and also home to citizens and the social dimension of citizenship
Because home social sense is the citizens who live at home or who belong to it, and should be based homeland relationship with citizens on the basis of belonging to the homeland without regard to race, religion or political organization or social class. Stages of development in citizenship also dealt with the Arabs and transmit the spirit of nationalism and belonging to the homeland
The seminar was staged by Prof. Dr. Tariq Rabea  vice dean  for Community Service and Environmental Development  at Institute in the presence of vice-deans of  institute, faculty members and administrative staff
