Dr. Mamdouh Mostafa Ghorab, University President, opened the activities of the Chinese Culture Festival in the presence of Prof. Tarek Rashid Rahmi, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, Prof. Magda Hajras, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Dr. Atef Abu El Nour, Vice President for Community Service and Development. Mr. Mohamed El-Naseej, Secretary General of the University and a group of deans of the faculties, including Prof. Dr. Yasser Mostafa, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Prof. Hassan Ragab, Dean of Al Alsun College, who delivered an opening speech on the close relations between Grate China and the importance of cultural partnership between the two countries for their enriching aspects of cognitive and behavioral and promote a culture of peace and acceptance of others.Prof. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab praised the idea of the festival and thanked the sponsors and noted the increasing and fruitful cooperation between Egypt and China in general and between Suez Canal University and the major Chinese universities in particular. added that Suez Canal University has taken pioneering steps in this field of cooperation, which was achieved by the Confucius Institute, Arabic language programs for Chinese students and Chinese language departments in all faculties of science and technology, to the first of its kind in the Middle East, which is currently preparing for its opening next year .
