Introductory meeting of Chinese government grants was held at the beginning of the meeting, where the Chinese director of the Confucius Institute presented Chinese government grants to study in China at 300 Chinese universities through a series of academic and scientific programs.
The Chinese director of the Confucius Institute explained the various kinds of Chinese grants and talked about the conditions for applying for these grants, as follows:
1- To be from outside China.
2. Good health condition.
3. The age of 35 years for applicants of the master’s degree and 40 years for doctoral candidates.
And the duration of the study for the master from two years to five years and the PhD from three to four years.
