Under the patronage of Prof. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab, Suez Canal University President and the supervision of Prof. Magda Hagras, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, the symposium “Regulatory Policies for Drug and Clinical Experimentation Systems: an International Perspective” will be held on Sunday 18 February at the Grand Conference Hall lectured by Dr. Ashraf El-Feky, Consultant Clinical Research and Drug Safety Policy at the University of Maryland, USA, and a Fellow of Harvard University and the US Department of Drug Safety, discussed the global policies governing drug approval and the role of the Founders Academic data in the activation of clinical research in addition to stem cell therapy and gene therapy, and the nature of the design of clinical trials on patients to survey the safety and efficiency of the treatment of twenty-first century. Dr. Nahed Mustafa, Advisor to the President of the University for Development and Quality, also lectured on “How can clinical research be ethical? The lecture will be attended by Prof. Magda Hagras, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, on “The Role of the University in Activating Clinical Research Policies”.
