Believing in the importance of scientific research as a locomotive for development and the foundation of the progress of society and the rehabilitation of distinguished scientific cadres. Under the patronage of Prof. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab, Suez Canal University President, and under the supervision of Prof. Magda Hagras, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, Suez Canal University announces for what was received from the Research Academy Scientific Institute to open the door to apply for scientists of the next generation – the sixth batch – Dr. Magdy Yacoub – at a cost of 18 million pounds.

Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, President of the Academy said that the deadline for applying is 20 May 2018 and that will be granted 170 students from the first graduates at the level of Egyptian universities in the batch of 2013 and beyond. The winners will be announced on July 26, 2018.

It should be noted that the grant includes a monthly bonus of 30 months (2000 pounds) per month and 47 thousand pounds to cover the expenses of scientific research and training and therefore the total value of each grant 147 thousand pounds
