Doctoral Requirements:

To be an assistant teacher or researcher in one of the entities included in the mission plan and not less than two years of service in the appointment
The applicant must not exceed the age of 30 years at the date of the declaration in accordance with Article 11 of the Law of Missions No. 112 of 1959.
If the applicant is registered for a doctorate, the registration period shall not exceed one year at the date of the declaration. If he is not registered for a PhD, his master’s degree shall not exceed two years.
The general grade of the undergraduate degree should be at least very good.
The applicant must have a master’s degree in the mission’s specialization.
Obtain 5 at IELTS exam or 79 at TOEFL International IBT scores at this level for English-speaking or higher-level countries required by foreign universities to pass the certificate for two years from the date of the examination and submit the original language certificate
