Today, the Egyptian-Chinese College of Applied Technology at Suez Canal University is celebrating the reception of new students. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Dr. Atef Abou El Nour, President of the University, Prof. Dr. Tarek Rashed Rahmi, Vice President for Education and Students Affairs, Prof. Dr Magda Hagras, Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research, and Prof. LU XIAOPING, President of Beijing University of Information Technology, Mrs. .Hanan Al-Rihani, Education Sector Director, Misr Al-Kheir Foundation, Prof. Dr.Nasser Mandour, Dean of the College, Mr. Samir Al-Najjar, Secretary-General of the University, and a number of deans of colleges and agents in the university.
The vision of the College is to maximize the role of technological and technical education in the service of industry and the national economy and contribute to achieving comprehensive development in the face of the rapid development of technological sciences.
Also, the graduation of technical cadres trained at the highest level to meet the needs of the labor market in mega-projects and investments such as the Suez Canal Region and Sinai and the hub of the Suez Canal promising.
It is worth mentioning that the College was established through a tripartite protocol between Suez Canal University, Misr Al-Kheir Foundation and the Chinese side represented by the Beijing College of Information Technology as a role model in local and international cooperation and the participation of civil society in the development of education in Egypt
