Under the patronage of Prof. Atef Abu El-Nour, university president , supervised by Mr. Amr Keshk, Director of Environmental Projects, and Ms.Wafaa Imam the Director of the convoys, the environmental Convoys of El-Salam village was launched today in the center and city of Qantara Sharq, serving 25000 people for 3 residential communities and 17 continued. Ahmed Hamoud, President of the El-Salam village praised the role of the university towards the citizens, especially the people of Qantara East, and thanked the members of the convoy, also received the convoy and the medical team to detect the number of 546 cases
55 of them were skin, 4 were surgery, 62 were bones, 57 were women, 62 were ophthalmologists, 45 were ear and 7 were pathways, 170 were family medicine, 84 were inpatient, with medication was dispensed for all cases, and in health education Dr. Safa Gomaa of the Faculty of Nursing conducted her seminar on immunology, iron deficiency in children and diabetic foot, and the care of women during pregnancy and the methods and advantages of breastfeeding.
