Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab Suez University president opened the second conference of food safety at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, during his speech stressed that the food safety is the role of the veterinarian only, pointing out that the conference dealt with the current situation of food safety and quality and control systems as well as to discuss the latest scientific achievements in the field of food safety.

The Conference was attended by prof. Dr. Nahed Mustafa Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research and Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Fares Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

Prof. Dr. Mouawad vice- dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development said that Conference reviewed ways to enhance awareness about the importance of food safety and health of consumers and to explore opportunities for the application of modern technologies in the field of health and food safety.
