Suez Canal University organized a workshop for dairy products and fatty Technology under the auspices of Prof. DR.Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab Suez Canal University president  and the supervision of Prof. Dr . Atef Oboualnor Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Mr. Mustafa Mohammed Hassan  director of Training members of the community said that the workshop stretched over two days Dairy Department Faculty of Agriculture and lectures by Prof. Dr. Fawzi Mohammed Abbas emeritus professor Dairy Department of the Faculty of Agriculture and attended by about 20 trainees indicated Ms. Faten Ibrahim, head of training management that the workshop dealt with on the first day to discuss many importance topics of  fat milk and cream and ways to get them and their properties and methods of preservation and the reasons for low demand the cream in the market and some types of cream, butter and methods of butter industry pasteurized and industry butter ongoing road and revolve figures of the workshop on the second day of the ghee and ways to get it from the cream or butter and the Indian way of margarine manufacturing and Centrifuges for margarine.
