Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Mamdouh Mustafa Ghorab Suez Canal University president and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Atef Abu Noor, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Suez Canal University organized a training course on food allergies (problems and solutions)

Involving administrators both University Management Directorate of Agriculture – Department of Health – for the distribution of electricity – Education Directorate Canal Co.), and lectured in the session, Dr. Siham Mohammad Samih professor of nutrition at the Faculty of Agriculture and Vice Dean for Environmental Affairs symposium addressed several themes, namely:

1-definition of food allergies and identify the most important definitions related to allergies

2-food allergies mechanism

3-causes of food allergies

4-How do food allergies occur

6-allergy symptoms resulting from the food to the various organs of the body

7-food allergens

8-children’s food allergies

This has been the supervision of the Organization of the session by Mr. Mustafa Mohammed Hassan, director of management training members of the community and Ms. Faten Ibrahim, head of training management.
